iPodrepair will give you a 6 months warranty for proper operation of the iPod replacement battery, if used according to procedures (check out www.apple.com/batteries/ipods.html).
iPodrepair can and will not be held responsible for damage to the iPod itself, or any of its internal components. No warranty can be enforced after opening the iPod. All damages done to your iPod when opened are strictly at the owners risk.
Some investigations requires 'damaging' your iPod or iPhone. This is called 'destructive research'. This is especially true for iPod shuffle 1G; iPod nano 3G; iPod nano 4G; iPod touch 2G and iPhone 1G. When repair is requested; the damaged parts will also be replaced (not necessarily free of charge!).
iPodrepair will do its best to preserve data on your iPod or iPhone. However, iPodepair can and will not guarantee that all data will be available after service. If possible make a backup of valuable data.
Damage to your iPod during shipment is only covered when sent insured. Insurance of your iPod will be covered through our or your courier.
